For International buyers,

  • Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier partners and/or International speed post only.

 For domestic buyers,

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners (SHIPROCKET partners/DTDC/India Speed-post only).
  • Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
  • Nidharshana Sarees is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer, so kindly update appropriately;
    • Name,
    • Door number #,
    • Street name,
    • Apartment complex Name (if any),
    • Locality name,
    • State Name and Pin code to avoid delivery to wrong address.
  • Nidharshana Sarees will not take any responsibility of non delivery of the parcel or lost parcel due to customer provided wrong address during the booking. So, kindly give at most care while updating the postal address with all relevant details and nearby location as well.
  • Delivery of our services will be confirmed in your mail ID as specified during registration.

Delivery Instructions:

  • We have prepaid all the courier charges to our delivery partners and hence no need to pay courier charges for delivery.
  • Also, pls. be patience until the courier partner calls for location for delivery and collect the parcel. 
  • There are fake calls from unknown caller asking for money for delivery of your good by paying 1 rupees so on... kindly do not encourage this call and don't pay any money. 
  • There may be 2 to 3 attempts made as per the delivery partner agreement, kindly keep your mobile number available with you for address guidance from delivery partner. If the mobile not reachable or home locked after 2-3 attempts, it will be engaged for RTO. In such cases extra courier charges may be applicable for re-schedule the delivery.
