Cancellation Policy:

Nidharshana Sarees believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • Nidharshana Sarees does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

Refund Policy:

  • All customers are requested to take the parcel opening video as soon as the package is arrival. It will help us to understand damaged parcel or sarees for refund or exchange sarees.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
  • Customers can initiate a return request on the following circumstances:
    • Item is damaged or manufacturing defects
    • Wrong product delivered or color different from ordered
  • Customer has to raise a return request by reaching us through our official numbers mentioned in website with the order details & the return reason. Customer must provide the photograph of the defective product and our order number reference. If you have parcel opening video will help us to understand your concern
  • Our support team will analyze the return request and approve the same. 
  • Once a return is approved, our Customer service team will provide the address for the return of material. Once the product is received, we will initiate the refund.
  • Customer must return the product in original condition, unaltered and unused.  The saree must have folding as on original.
  • All the refunds will be credited to the same payment mode through which the order was paid. In case of any Refunds approved by the Nidharshana Sarees, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Refunds or Exchange not entertained under the below circumstances: 

  •  Return / Cancellation is not accepted in case found alteration done on the product (e.g. the blouse piece is removed or cut or falls stitching done on saree), or any evidence of usage found.  
  • Return or refund will not be entertained for the customer liking or disliking of the product on their conception. Customer must understand the fabric details mentioned in the website and clearly explained during the online media from Nidharshana sarees.
  • Kindly give attention to details of the product fabrics before purchasing the product.

Damage Claims:

  • Any damage claims for products received via parcel or in-store must be reported within 7 days of delivery/purchase. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Valid proof (photos/videos) and receipt are required to process the claim.

 Phonepe Payment gateway policies: 

  • Return Policy outlining guidelines for products being returned by your customers, which must include the return process and eligibility criteria.
  • Shipping Policy outlining guidelines for products being shipped to your customers, which must include shipping timelines, product return process (for physical and digital - products), and order tracking details, if available.
  • Refund/Cancellation Policy outlining guidelines for refunds and cancellations, which must include refund/cancellation timelines and eligibility criteria. Cases of no refund/cancellation should clearly be mentioned.

1. We are introducing the wallets and rewards points when customer requesting for refund. Where customer will get the wallets updated as soon as refund initiated .

2. You may proceed buying another sarees of ur choice and hastle free.

3. This will avoid the bank delays in settling the original payment method.

Influencer Programme, Refund & Compensation Policy

Welcome to the "Nidharshana Sarees Influencer Program". To ensure a transparent and professional partnership, the following terms apply to all participants.

1. Nature of Compensation

  • Wallet Credit, Not Cash: Participation in this program is rewarded via Nidharshana Sarees Wallet Credits. No cash refunds or bank transfers will be issued for sarees purchased under this influencer initiative.

  • Credit Value: Upon approval of the collaboration post, the full or agreed-upon balance will be credited to your registered account on www.nidharshanasarees.com.

  • Offer Frequence: This offer is available once per month per customer.

  • Offer Limit: Maximum refund amount is ₹1500 to the customer wallet.

2. Eligibility for Wallet Credit

To receive your wallet credit, the following criteria must be met:

  • The Reel/Post must follow the provided creative brief (e.g., high quality, "eye-catching," featuring the specific saree purchased).

  • The collaboration request must be sent to @nidharshanasareesofficial on Instagram/Facebook.

  • The post must remain active on your feed (not archived or deleted) for a minimum of 15 days.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • Defective Products: If the saree received is damaged or defective, influencers are eligible for a replacement only. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.

  • Change of Mind: Once a saree is purchased for the influencer program, we do not offer returns or exchanges for different designs, as the item is tied to a specific influencer marketing campaign.

4. Cancellation of Collaboration

  • If an influencer chooses not to post the content after purchasing the saree, the transaction will be treated as a standard retail purchase. No wallet credit will be issued, and our standard "No Refund" retail policy will apply.

  • If the collaboration is rejected due to poor content quality or failure to follow the brief, the influencer will be given one opportunity to re-shoot. If the second attempt is rejected, no credit will be issued.

5. Usage of Wallet Balance

  • Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Credits can be used irrespective of the timeframe of issuance.
